One of the Social Media lab’s main goals is to produce research that actually has an impact on how people live and behave. We hope to use our research findings to develop interventions to improve mental health and well-being. Modern technology – smartphones, machine learning and data mining, ubiquitous internet access – can help make these interventions even smarter and more effective.
